A Look Back
For over 63 years, Youth Town has been dedicated to serving God’s children in need—and we’re committed to continuing that mission. As challenges like substance abuse, trauma, and mental health struggles become more common among teens, the need for our ministry grows every day.
In 2015, in the Beech Bluff area, we opened the Eden Campus for girls to better support young women in need. In 2021, Youth Town was managing the challenges that COVID brought, and we felt God’s guidance to bring the girls’ program to the boys’ campus. This move was about making sure we could keep serving both groups safely and sustainably.
Since then, we’ve carefully managed the coed campus to keep the boys and girls separate while providing the support they need.
The rise of the drug epidemic makes it clear how important addiction and mental health treatment are for teenagers today. As this need continues to grow, we trust God’s leading to help us serve all the young people who come through our doors—boys and girls alike.

We are excited to share that God has blessed Youth Town with an incredible angel investor who shares our vision and passion for supporting struggling teenagers. This generous donor has pledged to match every dollar donated toward the construction of a new girls’ dormitory—dollar-for-dollar!
This new dorm will provide a safe, nurturing home for 24 young ladies, many of whom are battling addiction and mental health challenges. It will also free up space to add eight more beds for boys, nearly doubling our current capacity to serve vulnerable youth.
